In the 1970's, Richard Stanley added a new dimension to the company and innovated the remodeling business. Utilizing advanced estimating techniques and high quality products, jobs were completed on-time, within budget. A few of our projects from 2001-2004 are shown below. Sandusky 1997: Rebuilt fascia and soffets all around existing structure. Custom milled wood working. See "Home" page for a view of our mill.
Huron 1999: Add on of a Victorian Porch. Reconstructed Roof to match existing design.
Kelleys Island 1995: New 2nd story addition. Removed existing Roof and re-installed. Project was back "Under Roof" in 1 Day! The Stanley Way!
Cedar Point area 1996: Replaced Wooden Columns with new Redwood Columns.
