Totally New Duplex built 2001 in Sandusky. Featuring a total of 2640 SF. Each side offers 2 car garage, 3 Bed Rooms, 2 Bath Rooms, Living Room, Dining Room, 8 x 10 Kitchen with Breakfast Bar. Kitchens feature Crystal high quality cabinets, Diagonal Dishwasher, effective use of Lazy Susans. Baths include Cast Iron Tub with Cultured Marble Surround and standup showers. Custom landscaping.
Catawba
Island 1998. This project was a 20 x 20 - 2 Story Addition. Upstairs included a
Bed Room with 2 walk in Closets and arched window. Down stairs included a new
Kitchen and Dining Room. Features include Stone Wall Front, Vinyl Siding,
Anderson Vinyl Windows and a 20 year guarantee shingled roof.
Cedar Point area, 2001 - This 12 x 24 Addition included a new room with walk in closets and conversion of the old attached bedroom into an oversized Bed Room.
2001 Hilltop community, adjacent Plumbrook. Removed entire 2nd floor open porch; built new deck with Lumbertech Flooring (high tech triple ribbed construction impervious to weathering); 3 Season Cook aluminum windows; Cedar Siding in and out.
